ArmorTech Consulting was founded by Jimmy Peters — a safety professional, leadership coach, and operational consultant with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the industries we serve.

ArmorTech Consulting was born out of a simple frustration: too many businesses were getting compliance binders they never used, safety programs that collected dust, and leadership training that didn't stick. Jimmy Peters started ArmorTech to do it differently.
With a background spanning oil & gas, manufacturing, construction, and fleet operations, Jimmy brings a ground-level understanding of what actually works , not just what looks good on paper. Every program we build is designed to be used, not filed away.
